In march 1989, after
six years dedicated to the founding of a reputation for her guest-house,
Ria Poncelet decided to add an art gallery in the ancient setting
of several lounges decorated with oak panellings and genuine.
The art gallery “Le Bercail” is organized along a large corridor
“gaumais”, in with roughcast, with a black marble paving, in an
elegant boudoir with its fireplace built in country stones and
with its picture rails in a third lounge with a monumental hearth.
That is also used as a “particular place” for certain works of
art that are them especially set off. So, from 1989, Rita Poncelet
has led the art gallery “Le Bercail” with natural elegance, with
a discrete competence and real communicative enthusiasm and dynamism.
